been serving the same soup for over 45
years and I don't mean the same recipe I
mean the exact same soup it's known as a
Perpetual soup and this soup has been
passed down through three generations of
the same family every day the restaurant
serves hundreds of bowls of soup using
this broth and different ingredients
then whatever's left over at the end of
the day is put in a separate pot to
simmer overnight and in the morning
water and new ingredients are added to
the soup preparing it for another day of
service since the soup never stops
boiling no bacteria can ever form and it
allows the flavors to become incredibly
deep and complex earning the restaurant

Bangkok and the world to come to the
restaurant and try a bowl and it was
