A new open-source plug-in called Claude MEM adds [music] persistent memory to Claude code across sessions. Normally, when a session ends, Claude forgets everything. Claude Mem stores key observations and retrieves them in future sessions. [music] This means your AI assistant can remember workflows, decisions, and tool outputs over time. The project is 100% open- source and installable through the clot code plug-in marketplace. [music] You can even search past memories through a local memory viewer and skill-based retrieval system.
