Imagine your AI coding assistant never
forgetting anything you taught it. That
idea just got a lot closer to reality. A
new open-source plug-in called Claude
MEM adds [music] persistent memory to
Claude code across sessions. Normally,
when a session ends, Claude forgets
everything. Claude Mem stores key
observations and retrieves them in
future sessions. [music] This means your
AI assistant can remember workflows,
decisions, and tool outputs over time.
The project is 100% open- source and
installable through the clot code
plug-in marketplace. [music] You can
even search past memories through a
local memory viewer and skill-based
retrieval system. There's also [music]
an experimental feature called endless
mode designed to compress observations
so long two heavy sessions can run
longer, but that feature is still beta
[music] phase. So while it's not truly
infinite memory, Claude Mamm is a big
step towards AI coding assistants that
learn from you over time. Share your
