hello everyone welcome to home cooking
with me himma suban dosas are one of my
favorite tiffins and I've made several
Dosa recipes earlier I'll give you a
couple of links in the description do
check them out today I'm going to share
a wonderful street style Dosa recipe
this is paneer cheese dosa The Filling
is absolutely delicious so why wait
let's get started and check it out here
are all the ingredients required to make
the paneer cheese Dosa we first have to
make the paneer filling so I'm taking 3
tbsps of oil in a pan to this add one
finely chopped onion also add six finely
chopped large garlic gloves and then add
two finely chopped green chilies you can
adjust the chilies according to your
taste now mix well and saute the onions
for about 2 to 3
minutes as you can can see the onions
are slightly golden brown in color at
this point I'm adding one mediumsized
tomato that is finely
chopped now you can add about 1/4 taspo
of turmeric powder 1 TP of salt 2 tpoon
of red chili powder 1 TPO of cumin
powder 1 TPO garam masala powder and mix
well keep the flame on low and sauté so
that the spice powders don't get
burned after 30 to 40 seconds the Masala
has become dry and I have the flame on
medium low now take 200 g of paneer and
Grate it into the pan you can also
crumble it with your hands but grating
gives paneer an interesting texture
gently mix this all with the
[Music]
Masala add some finely chopped coriander
leaves to the pan and mix it all
again see the paneer Masala is so
colorful and appetizing at this stage
you can check for seasoning and add salt
or red chili powder if

required now to make the Dosa heat a
tawa or a Dosa pan and gently drop a
little of the batter onto
it spread the Dosa evenly add ghee all
over the Dosa and on the
edges once the Dosa is nicely roasted on
one side flip it over and roast it with
on the other side as
well after you roast Dosa on both sides
flip it again and keep the flame on
low now first create some cheese on the
Dosa you can put how much of cheese you
want the cheese I'm using is a
combination of mozzarella and cheddar
cheese now you can use processed cheese
also if you
like now place the paner filling in the
center and spread it evenly on all the
sides of the
DOA after flattening The Filling I'm
grating some more cheese on top this is
entirely up to you but this adds a lot
of richness and taste to every bite of
the Dosa now gently fold the Dosa in the
middle and cook it for about 15 to 20
seconds on a medium low flame so that
the cheese melts
completely there you go here is this
absolutely delicious paneer cheese Dosa
that you can enjoy as is or with any
side dish of your choice now I'm serving
it with some nice coconut chutney you
can enjoy it however you
like I'm just cutting the Dosa into half
so you can see how the cheese is melted
it's so gooey and so yummy it looks
absolutely
