what you're talking

to express in clear terms how say Java
in any of its incarnations addresses the
ideas embodied in open duck and when

people some of the time but one of the
hardest things when you're trying to

cohesive larger Vision that's going to
allow you to
sell um $8 billion $1 billion a product

readily admit there are many things in
life that I don't theend idea what I'm
talking about so I apologize for that
too but some mistakes will be made along
the way that's good cuz at least some
decisions are being made along the way
and we'll find the mistakes we'll fix
them and I think what we need to do is
support that team mistakes will be made
some people will be pissed off some
people will not know what they're
talking about but it's I think it is so
much better than where things were not
very long ago and I think we're get
there criticism is going to come and
Steve Jobs gives us a great example on
how to handle it in these Three Steps
step one take a second to gather your
thoughts step two acknowledge any
failures and apologize for them and step
three turn it into a positive every
professional needs to learn how to
