my dad is a professional chef and my parents own restaurants so today is take your daughter to work day sounds fun right wrong this man leaves for work at 5:00 a.m. like who is even awake at that time we hopped in the van and it was freezing on the way we picked up one of his chefs so I got squished between them and then they stopped to fetch fresh produce but I refused to go inside because it's so cold then we arrived at tears as soon as we walked in my dad got straight to work unloading the truck checking inventory and then chefing up a storm they're so intentional about every single process it's crazy meanwhile I can barely make 2-minute noodles without setting something on fire after all the food was prepared he loaded up the freshly made goods and we headed to the second te location and here's where the magic happened I got to make my own fresh Bowl just like Chipotle obviously I went for extra spicy because I can't eat food without a kick and it was so good spending the day with my dad made me realize just how much love and hustle my parents pour into their restaurants so if you're ever in London go and support them you won't regret it
