Zeroda CTO just released a UI library of
8K. Meet Kyash Nad. He built OUI, a
minimal UI library designed to remove
JavaScript bloat. Most modern UI
libraries ship megabytes of JavaScript
before you can even write a single
component. But Kyash built this because
modern UI stacks are bloated, fragile,
and full of unnecessary dependencies.
Both UI has no React, no build step, no
massive code modules folder. You just
drop one CSS file and one JavaScript
file. You get forms, buttons, toggles,
models, and everything you need. It also
uses semantic HTML, zero dependencies,
and it works everywhere. Keep in mind,
this is the same engineer who runs tech
at zeroda, a company known for handling
massive scale on extremely lightweight
infrastructure. And now he's open
sourcing that philosophy. If npm install
has ever slowed your project, then this
is worth checking out. Make sure you
comment Oat for the link and follow
Builder Central for more such content.
