Based in New York, Mr. Fahey succeeds Ruth Kochenderfer, who is now a client executive at the brokerage, a Marsh Risk spokeswoman said. Previously, Mr. Fahey was private company D&O product leader for Marsh Risk. He joined the brokerage from American International Group in 2024. Prior to AIG, he worked in D&O underwriting and private equity company insurance at several other major insurers.
