Apr 9, 2026 The Hartford said Thursday that it has appointed Natalie Burns as head of enterprise sales and distribution, effective May 1. Ms. Burns will work with The Hartford’s top distribution partners and its personal and business insurance and employee benefits sales teams, the insurer said in a statement. She will report to Tracey Ant, head of middle and large business. She succeeds Stephen Screen, now head of alternative placement solutions in The Hartford’s global specialty unit. Ms. Burns joined The Hartford in 2002 and most recently was head of alternative distribution, leading the company’s middle and large business centers and middle market underwriter center.
