Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1961, Seitz has 24 employees and provides commercial and personal lines coverage to businesses and families, with a focus on agriculture, crop and energy industries. All employees, including agency principals and co-owners David Seitz and Camila Skinner, will join MMA and continue to operate out of their existing office locations. MMA has nine offices across central and western Montana. Seitz Insurance will expand its presence in the eastern part of the state.
