Mr. Galaviz joined Patriot Growth as chief financial officer from rival Relation in 2023. He was named president last year . Mr. Gardner, a former AssuredPartners executive, founded Patriot Growth with private equity backing in 2019 . He left on Friday, a Patriot Growth spokeswoman said. In a statement, Patriot Growth owners GI Partners and Summit Partners said they are confident in Mr. Galaviz’s “ability to lead the company through its next phase of growth, as we continue to scale the platform.” Patriot Growth has grown rapidly through acquisitions since its founding and is the 25 th -largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance ’s most recent ranking .
