The cyber insurer is offering up to $25 million in cyber limits to large businesses in the United States, Coalition said in a statement. Active Cyber Insurance for Enterprises includes loss prevention services and real-time vulnerability scanning in addition to insurance coverages, the statement said. Continuous monitoring allows the tracking of threat actor behaviors as they evolve and informs Coalition’s risk models. The move comes in the wake of an agreement with Allianz to move cyber business to Coalition . The partnership with Allianz “changes the scale at which Coalition can operate and how we can approach cyber risks,” Shawn Ram, Coalition’s chief revenue officer, said in the statement, adding the insurer can now sit at the primary or lead layer on large insurance towers with “meaningful limits.” Coalition was founded in 2017 and now has more than 600 employees and 110,000 policyholders.
