Mr. Cushing, most recently head of Zurich U.S. construction, will report to Sierra Signorelli, CEO of Zurich U.S. Mr. Lewis has agreed to remain in an advisory role until the end of the year. New York-based Mr. Cushing joined Zurich in 2022 and previously was deputy chief underwriting officer for Zurich North America. Zurich also appointed James Savage head of U.S. construction, succeeding Mr. Cushing, effective Sept. 16. Mr. Savage, based in Cleveland, Ohio, has led U.S. construction casualty for the past four years. He will report to Kelly Kinzer, global specialty head of construction and surety.
