The program is designed for organizations and professionals including broadcasters, publishers, advertising agencies, authors, sports organizations and producers, according to a news release from Huntersure. Huntersure will offer occurrence or claims-made primary media E&O forms, excess E&O and blended E&O and cyber excess. Tailored coverage includes open peril and duty to defend language with 100% defense cost allocation, Huntersure said. Additional features include coverage for social media and advertising content, “contextual E&O,” contingent bodily injury and property damage, automatic additional insured coverage and coverage for title, music copyright, film clips and stock footage. Huntersure is an underwriting business of Starwind Specialty, part of CRC group.
