Ms. Siccardi will report to Joe Peiser, CEO of Risk Capital, and Byron Beebe, CEO of Human Capital, the brokerage said in a statement. In the role, she will work with Aon’s global and regional leaders to improve collaboration across its businesses and accelerate the development and adoption of new capabilities, Aon said. Ms. Siccardi will retain her existing positions as chief claims officer for Aon’s reinsurance solutions business and global head of client solutions for risk capital. Ms. Siccardi was one of the 2018 Business Insurance Women to Watch.
