Ms. Wells joins NARS with more than 20 years of experience in claims management and third-party administration operations. She spent much of her career at Johns Eastern, where she held a series of leadership roles, most recently executive director of TPA operations, overseeing workers compensation and property/casualty claims programs. Based in Lake Mary, Florida, Ms. Wells will oversee strategy and operations for the division and report to CEO Robert Ruryk. Ms. Wells succeeds Michelle Greene, who moved to EMC Insurance. Johns Eastern was acquired by the Davies Group in September 2022.
