Mr. Crowley will help clients manage risk and build resilience throughout the full lifecycle of their digital infrastructure projects, from development and contracting through construction and operations, Marsh said in a statement. He will be based in San Francisco in this newly created role. He was most recently risk manager at Meta, leading the company’s insurance and risk management programs, the statement said. Prior to that, he was data center construction sourcing manager at Facebook and Amazon Web Services.
