He succeeds Gerald Hogan, who becomes chief accounting officer of the Ladera Ranch, California-based brokerage. Most recently, Mr. Stradling was senior vice president operations at Trucordia. Before joining the brokerage in 2021, he was CFO of CareXM, a health care technology company. Mr. Hogan joined Alkeme in 2024 from Ryvid, an electric vehicle company. Private equity-owned Alkeme was established in 2020 through the merger of six affiliated brokerages and has since completed numerous acquisitions. It is the 43 rd -largest brokerage in the U.S., according to Business Insurance ’s most recent ranking .
