He succeeds Andrew Laing, who has led the business for 10 years. Mr. Laing will focus on his role as UK CEO of Reinsurance Solutions, to which he was named in July. He also will continue as global chair of facultative for Reinsurance Solutions. Based in London, Mr. Fraccalvieri joined Aon in 2023 as head of facultative reinsurance operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Prior to that he was a managing director in London with Guy Carpenter & Co. He will lead Aon’s global facultative reinsurance strategy along with the development of new digital capabilities while retaining his role as CEO of EMEA facultative for Reinsurance Solutions.
