Global insurance and reinsurance broking group Aon has announced the appointment of Alexander Krasavin as Regional Managing Director covering Asia Pacific. In his new role, Krasavin will drive the integration of human capital solutions for Aon’s large multinational clients across the APAC region, while continuing to support clients in his role as an Enterprise Client Leader. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience and has spent the past eight years at Aon, serving as Enterprise Client Leader, APAC since 2022. Before that, he was Chief Commercial Officer, APAC, Human Capital Solutions at the firm. Prior to joining Aon, Krasavin spent more than six years at Mercer, most recently as Senior Principal, Leader for Life Sciences Industry (APAC), Workforce Metrics (AMEA), APAC Monitor. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate at Oliver Wyman and held consultant roles at Capgemini, TechnoServe and the Wildlife Conservation Society.
