Mr. Adamantiadis, currently CEO of Marsh Europe and president of Marsh Risk Europe, will take on the newly created role Nov. 1 and report to Nick Studer, CEO of Marsh Risk. Mr. Adamantiadis joined Marsh in 2018 as CEO of its Middle East and Africa region and was named CEO of Continental Europe in 2023 before being promoted to his current position. He previously spent three years as CEO of UAE-based Oman Insurance and 20 years at American International Group. Marsh also named Tom Geraghty CEO of Marsh Europe, succeeding Mr. Adamantiadis, effective Nov. 1. Mr. Geraghty, based in Dublin, has more than 27 years of experience at Marsh and will continue as president of Marsh’s people and investments business in Europe, a role he has held since 2019.
