Mr. Gansberg will assume his new role by June 2027, once his non-competition obligations are no longer in effect, Hughes said in a statement. Marc Grandisson, former CEO of Arch Capital Group, will become executive chairman, effective immediately, the statement said. Greg Hendrick, CEO of Vantage since co-founding the company in 2020, will continue to lead Vantage until Mr. Gansberg assumes the role, according to the statement. Mr. Grandisson served as CEO of Arch from 2018 until his retirement in 2024 and was part of the company’s founding team in 2001. Mr. Gansberg joined Arch in 2001 and was CEO of the company’s global mortgage group from 2019 to 2024, before being named president of Arch Capital Group in November 2024. Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. was established in late 2020.
