Based in New York, Mr. Duffy and Mr. Ross will report to John Trace, CEO of North America and chief broking officer at Guy Carpenter. In the newly created roles, Mr. Duffy and Mr. Ross will use the brokerage’s global data and market insights to develop risk transfer strategies for property and casualty clients, Guy Carpenter said. Mr. Duffy joined Guy Carpenter in 1992 and most recently was co-president, global clients. Mr. Ross joined Guy Carpenter in 1999 and most recently led the New York-based casualty team.
