Saadia Savory was appointed vice president casualty, insurance, for Bermuda. Ms. Savory previously was vice president, casualty leader at Aspen. Before that, she held roles at Argo and Chartis. Will Jackson was appointed vice president property, insurance, for Bermuda. Before relocating to Bermuda, Mr. Jackson was underwriting manager for the major risks team in London. He joined QBE in 2011. The portfolios will operate through Bermuda-based units QBE Capital and QBE Capital (Global), which received Class 4 licenses from the Bermuda Monetary Authority in 2024 and are authorized to write third-party business in addition to internal reinsurance.
