She replaces Christiane Fischer, who has left the company. Ms. Santangelo most recently was head of fine art and specie at Axa XL, where she managed a portfolio of risks for museums, galleries and corporate and private collections across the Americas. She had joined Axa XL from Dual North America in 2023, where she previously led its fine arts program. Tokio Marine Highland also named Natasha Fekula, senior vice president, specialty claims. Ms. Fekula most recently was vice president claims manager for Axa XL’s fine art and specie business. Both executives will be based in New York, the company said.
