The program provides tailored coverage for insurance organizations with complex regulatory, governance and claims handling exposures. These include regional and specialty insurers, captives, risk retention groups, reciprocals and other alternative risk entities. Primary limits of up to $5 million and excess capacity of up to $25 million are available, backed by Lloyd’s of London. Insurance company professional liability, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability coverages are available. Coverage can be structured on a standalone or modular basis. “Insurance companies face a very different exposure profile than most management liability buyers, Rockwood Programs President Glenn Clark said in a statement.
