Coverage includes affirmative protection for AI-related incidents, such as risks arising from unauthorized use of or access to AI systems in business operations. It also addresses emerging quantum computing exposures, including potential encryption vulnerabilities and the compromise of encrypted data. The policy includes core cyber coverage, such as cybercrime, business interruption, system failure, data restoration and third-party liability. Specialty coverages include biometric data exposure, wrongful collection and cyber-enabled tangible property loss “Cyber risk is no longer confined to traditional attack vectors,” Trent Cooksley, co-founder and chief operating officer at Cowbell, said in a statement.
