Lisa Wilson was named head of North America claims, overseeing commercial and personal lines claims and services in the region, Chubb said in a statement. Based in Chicago, she reports to Kevin Rampe, senior vice president of Chubb Group and global claims officer, and Juan Luis Ortega, executive vice president of Chubb Group and president of North America insurance. Ms. Wilson was most recently Chubb’s deputy head of North America claims and joined Chubb in 2023. Chicago-based Jamie Trish was named global claims operations officer, effective Oct. 26. She reports to Mr. Rampe. Ms. Trish joined Chubb in 2024 and most recently was global transformation officer, the statement said. New York-based Norm Rafsol was named global claims technical director. Mr. Rafsol joined Chubb in 2007 and was most recently head of financial lines, cyber claims and claims segmentation, with oversight of claims in Canada and Bermuda. He will also report to Mr. Rampe.
