Liberty Remedy for Life Sciences will offer multiline liability coverage to life sciences companies with up to $2 billion in insured revenue, according to the product specifications. Coverage includes commercial general liability, products, completed operations and errors and omissions. Optional additional coverages include: abuse or sexual misconduct of clinical trial participants; clinical trials medical expenses; counterfeit response expenses and liability; explant procedure expenses; governmental or representative entity parens patriae – or public interest – claims; medical monitoring expenses; mitigation and reputation protection expenses; product shortage liability; and product withdrawal expenses. Limits of up to $30 million are available.
