The sidecar will participate on a risk-attaching basis across Novacore’s property and casualty portfolios, the Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based specialty program manager said in a statement. Capacity for NovaRe comes from New York-based alternative investment firm New Mountain Capital’s newly established VictoryRe. NovaRe will operate as a dedicated vehicle within VictoryRe. The sidecar will allow Novacore to expand capacity behind successful programs, Aaron Miller, CEO said in the statement. The program manager last week launched an aerospace segment . Novacore was formed in April 2025 following the sale of NSM Insurance Group’s U.S. commercial business to New Mountain Capital and now offers more than 15 specialty programs.
