The group will be led by Eric Homer, who joined Arrowhead Programs with the acquisition of Clear Risk Solutions in 2003. He was previously executive vice president, Arrowhead Programs/public entity. The practice group will offer coverages including professional, casualty, property, workers compensation, and accident & health, Arrowhead said in a statement. Arrowhead Public Entity serves organizations in every state. Organizations including cities, counties, school districts, tribal governments, social service providers and others face unique risks, Mr. Homer said in the statement. Brown & Brown retained the Arrowhead name for its program business after buying program manager Arrowhead General Insurance Agency in 2011.
