Mr. McBride will relocate to London and report to Kelly Kinzer, global head of construction and surety, Zurich said in a statement. Mr. McBride previously was head of construction property in the U.S., where he helped develop coverages for construction risks, including a package for data center construction projects. Before rejoining Zurich in 2018, he was middle market broking leader for the Mid-Atlantic region at Willis Towers Watson. Mr. McBride began his career at Zurich U.S. in its underwriting training program and held various underwriting roles in the construction property business.
