Ms. Rushing will lead a digital transformation to simplify processes, accelerate execution and strengthen frontline support, Church said in a statement. She joined Church Mutual in June 2023 as president – subsidiaries and chief underwriting officer. Prior to that, she was president – specialty property and casualty at The Hanover Insurance Group. Mr. Ziegler will lead admitted underwriting strategy and execution, the statement said. He joined Church Mutual in January 2025 as vice president – religious markets underwriting. Before that, he was commercial regional product management assistant vice president for American Family Insurance.
