The acquired firm specialises in the real estate, construction and leisure sectors Seventeen Group has acquired specialist commercial insurance broker Titan Insurance Services, bringing more than £5m of gross written premium (GWP) into the group. Putney-based Titan was founded in 1987 by Basil Tsapralis and specialises in the real estate, construction and leisure sectors. The broker has grown through high client retention and new business performance, according to Seventeen Group. Titan will continue to operate under its existing brand following the acquisition and will join Seventeen Group’s real estate and construction division.
