Gallagher & Co. Feb 18, 2026 Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on Wednesday named four former Woodruff Sawyer executives to senior positions in the broker’s executive and financial risk practice. Each had been an executive in the management liability practice at Woodruff Sawyer when it was acquired by Gallagher in March of last year. All are attorneys. Seth Pfalzer was named senior vice president and national director and will join the board of Gallagher’s executive and financial risk practice. He was formerly senior vice president and partner at Woodruff Sawyer. Priya Huskins was named senior vice president and national director to lead the executive and financial risk practice’s thought leadership while also serving clients. She was formerly partner, senior vice president and member of the board at Woodruff Sawyer. Lenin Lopez, formerly senior vice president at Woodruff Sawyer, and Walker Newell, formerly partner at Woodruff Sawyer, were named senior vice president and executive director. The executive and financial risk practice provides coverages including directors & officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, crime, professional liability, transactional risk and specialty executive coverages.
