Mr. Reavis, who will continue to serve as president of brokerage services, will take on broader leadership responsibilities across the company, the Waukee, Iowa-based broker said in a statement. The position of president had been open since Den Bishop moved to a senior adviser role in 2023 . Mr. Reavis joined Holmes Murphy subsidiary Innovative Captive Strategies as an intern in 2002 and has held a series of leadership positions, including leading the broker’s Des Moines-area property/casualty sales team and its property/casualty business. He joined the company’s board of managers in 2020 and executive committee in 2021. Chairman and CEO Dan Keough remains in his current roles, the statement said.
