Hamilton also promoted Tristan Latarche to senior vice president of Hamilton ILS, effective April 1, 2026, reporting to Tim Duffin, group chief underwriting officer. Mr. Latarche will lead Hamilton’s third-party capital strategy, the company said in a statement. Ceded premium for the sidecar is projected at approximately $300 million over a multi-year period, the statement said. Investment firm Sixth Street will provide investor capital and overall asset strategy . The casualty reinsurance sidecar is Hamilton’s first, Mr. Duffin said in the statement.
