Based in Denver, Mr. Culbertson was most recently managing director for Lockton’s real estate operations in the western U.S., the company said in a statement Wednesday. Mr. Culbertson is the first permanent leader in this role, a company spokesperson said. The company established its U.S. practices strategy in April 2025. He will report to U.S. industry practices leader Chris DiLullo. Lockton is the ninth-largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance ’s latest ranking .
