Terms of the deal were not disclosed. It is expected to close by end of September 2026. Axa XL currently holds about 49% of S-RM, the insurer said in a statement. S-RM was founded in 2005 and has clients in 140 countries. It has nine offices across six continents. Specialized expertise includes cyber risk assessment, managed detection and incident response, specialist investigations, geopolitical intelligence, and integrity and reputational due diligence, the statement said. The company will become part of Axa XL Risk Advisory and continue to service customers globally, according to the statement. The two companies have been working together for more than 15 years, Heyrick Bond Gunning, CEO of S-RM, said in the statement.
