Markerstudy has appointed Glen Ward as group chief financial officer.
In his new role, he will initially prioritise connecting with people in the finance function, understanding the business and its strategic goals, developing relationships with stakeholders and assessing opportunities to support sustainable growth.
He will report to chief executive Kevin Spencer.
Commenting on the appointment, Spencer said: “As a senior leadership team, staying aligned with our vision for the future is vital.
“Ward is well respected across the industry and, crucially, shares in our ambition and drive to offer market leading services to customers, partners and suppliers. I’m looking forward to seeing the positive impact Ward will make to our business.”
Accelerating growth
Ward joins Markerstudy from his position as group finance director at Admiral.

Prior to joining Admiral, Ward spent six years at Nationwide Building Society in multiple roles, most recently as its divisional finance director.
