The group will be led by Stacy Paquet, who also will retain her roles at Nexus Specialty and Nexus Reinsurance Programs as CEO of Nexus Underwriting. She joined Nexus in 2019 as part of its U.S. expansion. Arrowhead Professional offers more than 17 professional and executive liability coverages and products on a national basis with a focus on the small‑ to mid‑market segment. The group encompasses seven U.S. offices and more than 125 employees, the company said in a statement. The move follows the recent creation of Arrowhead’s public entity practice group. Brown & Brown retained the Arrowhead name for its program business after buying program manager Arrowhead General Insurance Agency in 2011.
