Mr. Stanfield, previously Western regional president, fills a position that had been vacant since former COO Nathan Morris left the brokerage last year. Mr. Benveniste, previously chief corporate strategy officer, takes over the president role previously held by Anton Rosandic, who left earlier this year. The Ladera Ranch, California-based brokerage also named Troy Chakarun chief commercial and innovation officer and Chad Roghair chief business development officer. Mr. Chakarun, previously chief commercial officer, joined the company in 2024 as chief growth officer. Mr. Roghair previously was vice president of business development. The appointments are effective immediately, Alkeme said in a statement.
