The $15 million building limit applies to residential, commercial and residential condominium building association policies, the St. Petersburg, Florida-based private flood insurer said. Residential building coverage limits previously were capped at $7 million. Business interruption coverage has increased to $1 million from $500,000, while loss of rental income limits for apartment properties have also increased to $1 million. Outdoor trees, shrubs and plants coverage up to $5,000 for commercial properties and residential condominium building association policies, and up to $2,500 for residential properties are also available.
