He succeeds David Eslick, who has held the role since 2009 and will continue as chairman. Both will report to Nick Studer, president and CEO, Marsh Risk. Under Mr. Eslick’s leadership, Marsh Agency has acquired more than 100 agencies and grown to more than $5 billion in revenue, Marsh said. Mr. Stadler, who is based in Dallas, joined Marsh in 2015 as executive vice president following its acquisition of MHBT and was named CEO of the Southwest region in 2023. He was appointed president of Marsh Agency last year. John Stanchina will succeed Mr. Stadler as president of Marsh Agency in January, Marsh said. Mr. Stanchina is currently CEO of the Mid-Atlantic region. He joined Marsh in 2010 when it acquired Roanoke, Virginia-based Thomas Rutherfoord. Guy Morrison, current president and employee health and benefits practice leader for Marsh Agency’s Mid-Atlantic region, will succeed Mr. Stanchina as CEO of the region. Mr. Morrison joined Marsh in 2011 when it acquired Strategic Benefit Solutions in Atlanta.
