Ms. McGrath, based in Alpharetta, Georgia, most recently was head of crisis management, North America. She joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in 2021. She will continue to oversee the North America crisis management team on an interim basis until a successor is found, the Swiss Re unit said. Kyle Burnett, who was promoted to head of U.S. E&S in March, has left the company, Swiss Re confirmed. It is understood that Mr. Burnett has joined Aviva, which earlier this year announced it would launch a surplus lines business in the U.S. in the second quarter. Aviva did not respond to a request for comment.
