Ms. Drew, previously Helmsman’s vice president and chief operating officer, succeeds Dave Dwortz, who is retiring, the spokesman said. She has spent 20 years at Liberty Mutual, including more than eight years at Helmsman. Ms. Drew began her career at Liberty Mutual as an underwriter serving middle-market clients. She later spent more than six years in commercial service operations, managing relationships with the National Council on Compensation Insurance and state insurance departments and overseeing servicing, audits, regulatory matters and legal issues. At Helmsman, her work has included strengthening carrier partnerships and modernizing data and analytics capabilities, according to the spokesman.
