Newport Beach, California-based Mr. Giuffre co-founded USQRisk in 2020. After USQRisk was acquired by Ryan Specialty in 2025, he served as its chief strategy officer and coordinated the integration of its operations into Ryan Specialty. Mr. Giuffre will continue to lead USQRisk’s fronting and capital solutions business, Ryan Specialty said in a statement. He will report to USQRisk Co-CEOs Michael Zipper and Parag Bavishi.
