Mr. Scoggin, who joined Carisk in early 2025 as chief product and strategy officer, will oversee enterprise leadership, product development, long-range strategy and growth initiatives across the company’s workers compensation and care management businesses. Mr. Scoggin has more than 20 years of experience in product development, strategy and organizational growth. Before joining Carisk, he co-founded Icon Health, where he helped develop a value-based musculoskeletal care solution for the Medicare Advantage market and continues to serve as executive chairman. He also co-founded ForeSight Medical, a surgical management company serving the workers compensation sector, which was acquired by Paradigm in 2017. After the acquisition, he served as president of specialty networks at Paradigm, overseeing sales, account management and product development.
