Mr. Wischmeyer will lead contract strategy across leases, customer agreements, vendor contracts and partnerships, helping digital infrastructure clients navigate complex risks. Mr. Wischmeyer most recently was general counsel for Ark Data Centers, a digital infrastructure company based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
