The program connects Resilience’s cyber risk management platform Arc with insurance endorsements at insurer partners to address coverage gaps and allow “portfolio-level visibility,” the cyber insurer said in a statement. It can provide insurance coverage at each stage of the deal lifecycle, including at acquisition, during the hold period, and at exit, the statement said. Limits of insurance are up to $15 million on any one cyber liability risk and $10 million on a blended cyber/tech errors and omissions risk, according to an email from a spokeswoman. Limits are available for the private equity firm as well as each portfolio company. All entities are insured separately as they operate independently of one another, according to the email.
