Gallagher & Co. Jul 21, 2026 Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on Tuesday said Risk Placement Services, its U.S. wholesale brokerage, binding authority and programs division, has acquired W.N. Tuscano Agency. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Greensburg, Pennsylvania-based Tuscano is a managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker for independent agents in western Pennsylvania, Gallagher said in a statement. Tuscano provides commercial coverages including commercial auto/trucking; general liability; inland marine; and workers compensation, according to its website. The broker has about 100 employees, according to an email from a spokesman. All will remain in their current location under the direction of Steve Levin, Northeast Region leader for RPS, the statement said. The move expands Gallagher’s wholesale capabilities in Pennsylvania, J. Patrick Gallagher Jr., chairman and CEO, said in the statement.
